Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If a product is not suitable for you, please contact our customer care team to discuss a return or refund.
Returns
A return request should normally be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Items intended for return should be unused and in good original condition. Please keep the original packaging, components, and accessories where possible.
Before Sending an Item Back
Please email us before returning any product:
Include your order number, the product name, and a short explanation of your request. We will provide the applicable next steps.
Refunds
Returned products may be inspected after arrival. Once the return has been approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.
The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.
Problems With Your Order
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. Please provide photographs where helpful so that we can review the situation.
Return Postage
For returns that are not caused by a product defect or fulfillment mistake, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
